TACCF Conference Policy
· All registration fees are to be paid in full before the conference begins.
· 100% refund up to 4 weeks before the conference.
· 50% refund if cancellation is received 2-4 weeks before the conference.
· No refund within two weeks of the conference.
· TACCF is not responsible for the cancellation policy with the hotel but merely negotiates a lower price for a block of rooms as a benefit to conference attendees. All reservations are made directly with the hotel.
